As a frequent traveler, I always strive to provide honest feedback to help others make informed decisions. Unfortunately, my recent stay at Montreal Barsha fell far short of expectations. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the level of hospitality was lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and unaccommodating, failing to provide the basic courtesy and assistance one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. My dissatisfaction began with the room itself. I was shocked to find that I had to change rooms not once, not twice, but three times during my stay. The first relocation occurred in the middle of the night, disrupting my sleep and leaving me feeling disoriented and frustrated. This lack of consideration for guests' comfort is simply unacceptable. Additionally, despite booking a room with breakfast included, I was unexpectedly asked to pay for my morning meal on the second day of my stay. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was met with skepticism and asked to provide proof of payment, despite having already settled the matter upon booking. Overall, my experience there, was marred by incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to fellow travelers. It is my hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale and prompts management to reassess their priorities and practices.

Our stay at the Montreal Barsha Hotel was fantastic! The hotel offers great value for money with its excellent facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The facilities provided were top" notch, meeting all our needs during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in Dubai!

when we arrived, the receptionist gave us a room that had not been cleaned by previous guests, after we went to the lobby and waited a long time we were given a new room, the bathroom had lots of mold and the floor was not clean, we asked for new towels and they weren't delivered, hopefully our experience was not repeated by subsequent guests
