LikedLarge size room and bathroom. Decent power shower. Plenty of bathroom accessories, face masks, etc. Close to Disney line.
DislikedWe had booked 3 nights and then added a 4th later on. First night had 3 beds, next day came back to find one bed had been taken down. Asked why at reception was told my booking was for 3 adults for one night, then 2 adults and 2 children. This was incorrect as I checked my booking when I got back to my room. After some discussion I was told the bed would be put back up and I wouldn't be charged extra. Bit annoyed having to waste my time at reception when it was the hotel that had made the error. Felt reception could have dealt with it better rather than trying to blame me for their booking error. Had breakfast there one day expensive but choice was ok. European and Japanese foods on buffet style tables.

It is a great hotel, though a little old but very spacious and clean. Bed is firm and comfortable. Room is huge with separete dressing area. Bath tub is an old style which is super big and comfy. Lots of amenities to use in the toilet. Also have Pajamas for you to use. Got Disney Store right in the lobby where you can get snacks and gifts from Disneyland here too. To go to Disney Land, you just need to walk to the monorail train and take 1 station to Disney Sea and 2 Stations to Disney Land. Highly recommend it. PS: Staff at lobby and in Disney Stores are able to speak good English and very lovely and helpful.

We arrived early and immediately were treated well by the staff. The service from staff members were excellent and very informative. Well spoken English assistance and helpful in delivering the bags to the room. Amenities were great and the staff were attentive to our needs as we chose this hotel based on its location to Disney and easy travel arrangements to the airport. Staff were really helpful in making the airport bus reservation and made sure our bags were tagged and ready to go. Would definitely look to stay here again on our next Tokyo visit.

I stayed for 4 days and happy with the overall experience. Only few points to be noted. 1. Hotel has 4 restaurants but they don't operate during weekday. You could only buy Bento to eat. It wasn't so convenience. 2. Breakfasts were the same for all 4 days.

LikedThe hotel offers 4 comfortable beds for a family of four, the room is spacious and very clean - and they provide daily masks and combs and bathbomb. And the Tokyo baystation is only 2 minutes and it get straight to Disneyland and Disneysea.
