I stayed at Imperial Hotel Tokyo in order to get the restaurant booking I wanted and I'm glad with my choice! The hotel staff have been very prompt in replying my emails and questions. They were professional, friendly and attentive. My only complaints are that the building feel old and so are the facilities. As a simple example, a lot of Japan hotels have separate shower and bath, but they are together here (at least the room type I booked). The walk from room to lobby is also very long, and the carpet makes it harder to drag luggage around. With that being said, however, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again for restaurant booking in the future.

LikedBeautiful view! We have a big window facing Hibiya Park and imperial Place. Great location! Close to Ginza, Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, Tsukiji Market, Tokyo Station..... Super clearn room and perfect room condition. Can not believe it's an over 50 years old building.

LikedIt's a traditional grand hotel in the Ginza area. The location is great, very convenient for shopping and dining. Only 5 minutes walking distance from Yurakucho JR Station. The staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. They all can speak in fluent English.
DislikedThe Tower is next to the tramway. Guests would feel the vibration and noise, especially at night. The pillows were killing my neck and made me very tired in the morning. The grand buffet restaurant Viking Sal was very disappointing. It's not worth the price.
