LikedThe services of hotel is excellent including check in counter, room service and the bell boy. Luckily we saw the Fuji Mountain at one morning and that is total amazing! The room is spacious! Service and food are both excellent for the breakfast
DislikedLess possible to book the traditional Japanese restaurant inside hotel as only 8 seats available. Some taxi drivers hard to locate the entrance of hotel
