LikedThe hotel was beautifully appointed and the location was amazing (right next to train station). Our room was large and had an incredible view overlooking the city. We loved all the common areas and had a number of delicious meals at the hotel, including room service. The staff was incredibly helpful. We loved coming home after our long days of touring, and getting whisked away to the 28th+ floors to overlook the city.
DislikedOf course it was expensive - but it is Tokyo!

LikedStaff was fantastic. Food was great - gym in particular was excellent esp the pool. I also did two spa service which were wonderful. Attention to detail through and through. The room was surprisingly large. I was here for the Tokyo marathon and the hotel even surprised me afterwards with an after marathon health food gift.

LikedAbsolutely everything was perfect. The rooms are beautiful and the restaurant is excellent and service is amazing. Close to Ginza for the shopping!
