Likedroom was perfect size and very disability friendly. Easy to move around the room and very comfortable

LikedEasy access to trains.
DislikedRoom wasn’t serviced properly. No shower gel in shower, completely empty. Mini Bar not restocked properly so now I am trying to have items refunded that were not there to start with. No mini bar list on room, and scanning code didn’t work. Called to advise of wrongful charge, staff member said yes to refund but a week later still nothing so continue to waste my time chasing it up.

LikedEverything was good. Checking in was easy, rooms were very modern and clean. Really central to everything. Would stay again. Great value for money!
DislikedThe only bad thing was the roll out bed!! Not comfortable at at all.
