DislikedRoom was missing basic facilities like coffee making facilities. Upgraded to include breakfast and got a very small choice of undersized breakfast options at a cafe next door. For the cost of the breakfast upgrade, I would expect a buffet breakfast as per every other Accor room I have stayed in. Very bad value. Room was nice but very small with noisy air conditioning. Signage to the Sebel from Elizabeth street was non existent. Had to call reception to ask instructions. Could have been much better set up. Will not be back
