There is no hair towels, hand wash soap, and the room is a bit smaller than the picture.

First things first - this is not a “hotel” this is budget, no frills accommodation. Don’t expect any extras. They have “unlimited free”laundry/ work space and a yoga room available for an extra $70/ day. Location is brilliantly located in the heart of the bustle of TST between two MTR stations and surrounded by shopping and local eats. Rooms are modern and clean and beds are firm. Room cleaning is offered WEEKLY. But towels can be replaced daily. Overall this is fantastic accommodation for those on a tight budget. We really enjoyed the first week of our stay in the family quad. Beware staff. They are unfortunately not knowledgeable or helpful. On room sizing - they suggested we extend our stay in a deluxe room which turned out to be big enough for 1, max, 2 not 3. On customer service - They informed us they were not able to resolve the predicament they’d put us in.

Pros: The location is unbeatable. You're right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with lots of dining and food options. The rooms were also very new. Cons: Paramount is the nonexistent noise isolation. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation from your neighbours. We had the misfortune of having a talkative group as our neighbour that talked the entire night through. Awful experience.
