LikedNot too far from tourist attractions, tuk tuk available when needed, transfers organized to and from airport on request as well as trips. Receptionists had a good understanding of English. Pool was Excellent laundry service organized back within hours

DislikedFood had a limited basic menu, ( No dessert available) though adequate and 7/11 600m away.. All other employees had a limited understanding of English. Pool could have done with some more sun beds, clothing and pool towels became stained with the red dust in the surrounding areas.Every one in Cambodia wants unflawed US dollars!!!

LikedThe hotel is so nice, lovely pool, peaceful and calm staff. Very helpful with any requests.

DislikedIt’s slightly out of the main town but easy to get there in a tuktuk.

LikedWe absolutely loved our stay in La Residence. Not only that everything was nice and clean, but the yard with the swimming pool was really beautiful. More importantly, the hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful (special credits to Hey and our friendly dinner waiter who taught us some Khmer phrases). They also helped us to organise transport and a tour guide for Angkor temples. We were very satisfied with the hotel restaurant as well and we would strongly recommend you to try Fish Amok – Cambodian delicacy.

LikedExcellent, all was perfect. The instructions are so relaxed. 👌 The staff is the best, with great attention and good food.

DislikedI liked everything. Perhaps it is not too close to the markets and restaurants, but nothing that tuk tuk no get a solution.
