Check-in room 404 & 405 it is very smelly and dirty including toiletry provided i.e., smelly towel in yellowish stains and black spots which is very disgusting.

Room very old, have lot of ants, toilet lot facilities wear and tear very scare touch a bit will fall down or broken. Room aircond temp can not control and the fan very low can not adjust, overall the room air ventilation really very worse. Asking the front desk solve the ants issue they just send a cleaner to spray the area, but after an hour the ants come back, request to increase the aircond fan speed the technician say all room like is like this can not adjust. The most horrible part is at night 1130pm.... They do hacking and knocking. Honestly totally not recommend this hotel to be promoted with this MYR300++ per night rate.
