very clean, very helpful, very decent and cheerful
we really enjoyed the clean cozy rooms, the very nice breakfast options. Ms. Gagandeep the head of house cleaning was very professional and asked about the level of cleaning... Satendar the house cleaning person is very decent and when we asked we him to hurry up because we wanted to take showers he did and efficiently... we recommed the hotel for everyone. we defininetly will come back All staff is cheerful and willing to help.

The rooms are spacious, and the king size bed and soft pillows were appreciated. Lovely hot shower in spacious bathroom. Really enjoyed the international buffet for breakfast. Such a wide range of choice. Hotel is close to Galle face green, and a short tuk tuk ride to Old Fort area. Also appreciated the warning, on arrival, about some local scammers who were preying on new tourists. This is a friendly hotel for families, business travel, friends. It is located in the heart of Colombo. friendly staff. food is good. there is an Indian restaurant, Breakfast menu is excellent. Overall, the hotel is perfect and just needs to maintain the quality of service they provide.
