The staff upgraded our room to a bigger room. The view is nice and the room is clean.

everything was good. One thing I'd like to say is that the room key. It broke every morning. I guess it get reset every night or something. I needed to go to the reception to get an access to lift and my room. I stayed 3 nights, and I requested 3 times. simple?

This hotel is my go-to place when I visit Hong Kong. The hotel is connected to a Mall with restaurants, grocery store and liquor store store. It's also linked to the train station via cover pathway. One can take Bus A21 directly from airport to the train station. If you are willing to walk for a little I only pay HK $2 for bus ride for senior.

LikedWe had a small suite with a fabulous view of the harbour and Hong-Kong Island. Room was kept lovely and clean. Breakfast was very good. Happy Hour drinks were good too. Friendly staff. Next door to the metro so travel was very easy.
DislikedOnly 1 downside was the outdoor pool area was closed for maintenance which we didn't find out until we got to the room and saw a note about it.
