Room need to upgrade. Lots of item need repair. Crack power point cover. Dirty toilet bathtub, curtain, toilet door could not close and etc

-dirty toilet -poor drainage in the toilet -notice small cockroach in the room -the price should be less rm100 per night.

Though I have alerted the management to ensure that the rooms to be allocated are clean, we found cockroaches still. The hotel needs to undertake serious pest control exercise and keep the room tidy and clean.

Staffs are nice and very accommodating. They have big serving of food at the restaurant. The room is big and clean. Toilet is clean with bathtub but the drain is not working so I was not able to use. Location is accessible, it is near JB Sentral.
