The Space: The duplex apartment was designed by a recognized Parisian architect. It mixes contemporary French Design and historic atmosphere. The apartment has: - 1 Living room - 1 Dining area with a bar and 6 stools - 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen - 1 Bedroom in mezzanine - 1 Bathroom with a WC Making the apartment comfortable for 2 people, and a maximum of 4 people. Guest Access: Security: the building is quiet and secure with a coded door on the street. You can access the apartment through the door on your left. We accept very late arrivals. The area is very lively with many restaurants, palaces, boutique hotels, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets. The Neighborhood: Restaurants, Museums, Palace, Galleries, Cafes, Shops, Bars. the apartment is located in one of the most lively districts of Paris. Everything will be at hand in order for you to fully appreciate the Parisian life. All the most famous monuments of Paris are at walking distance. You will live only 2 minutes by walk from the Presidential Palace, the Bristol Palace as well as the famous street of the Faubourg St-Honoré with all its luxury designer houses such as Hermès, Chanel and Saint Laurent. Getting Around: 6 minutes by walk: Metro station: Franklin Roosevelt, Lines 1, 9 4 minutes by walk: Metro station: Saint-Philippe du Roule, Line 9 To come from the airport CDG or ORY take the RER B to the Châtelet Les Halles station, then you can walk about 15 minutes or take a parisian taxi to go to the apartment. Other Things to Note: Check-in / Arrival: from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure: until 11am => On the day of departure, you can leave your bags in the apartment until noon while the cleaning is being done. After noon, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. We do not serve breakfast. Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only. As you know we are in a historic building with sensitive neighbors. Please pay particular attention during your stay to the apartment rules: - no smoking - no parties - no music - no people other than those who have registered their identity cards - no noise in common areas of the building - no animals - no professional photo or video session If only one of these rules is not respected: - a penalty equal to the total amount of the deposit will be invoiced. - the reservation will be stopped during the stay and you will no longer be allowed to stay in the apartment. In order to guarantee compliance with these rules: - you will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site - a separate deposit will be made and sent to you by email five days before your arrival. Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged. These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
