This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once again it was a very pleasant experience. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and even though the hotel is on Swanston street it was nice and quiet. The tram stop is practically right out the front of the hotel and there is easy access to the building if travelling by car. We will stay here again.

Last time I was in a room looking out on Swanston St & it was noisy with all the nearby construction, this time I requested a quieter room & I backed onto the alley. Incredibly noisy with the garbage truck in the early hours, & just general noise at all hours from the alley.
