    Good Place, Good Food

Check in was smooth, room was astonishing. All conveniences were perfect. Pool and steam room were awesome. Breakfast was buffet and also recommended with a lot of choices. The hotel has an enclosed swimming pool on the top floor which offers a breathtaking view over the city and marina. The hotel is part of a complex with casinos, eateries, shopping center and cinema, all of which can be accessed without going outside, although it is only one or two of minutes from the river. The hotel itself is nice enough. The room is spacious and cozy, the staff members are accommodating and helpful.

    Starting to wear out

The hotel is right at the heart of BIFF. Walking distance to the markets and street food stalls and is located in the midst of the shopping area. It was also easy to get to several attractions. The room is spacious and clean, but the pillows and bed were slowly showing its age. They were starting to get worn out and less comfortable. The staff were not exactly friendly, but were not rude as well. It might have been a language barrier or cultural barrier, but the staff did not feel pleasant or welcoming. But whenever we ask them questions they do accommodate us so I guess they just aren't keen to starting the convo.
