The hotel is located within 10 minutes of DXB, offers free Wifi, had its own parking that's connected to the building from inside. Facilities are good in general, the rooms are very big! Almost double the size of other 4-star hotels!

must clean the bath rooms and water was not pressured and valet parking is not there people must park there car and the parking lot is too small many people hit there cars

very bad reception and slow response .. many time calling without answer and when answer they delay the response for more than 30 minutes.. I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids ..and they didn't bring more than one bed for both of them and they brought it after 1am waiting more than two hours .. totally it was bad experience and I will never get back to it again.
