This is our 3rd time staying at this propertyl. Location is great. Rooms are perfect for families with children. Food was okay and a bit overpriced but that is pretty typical at hotels like this. Kids LOVED the pool and water park! One of my favorite services they provide is a customer service rep that contacts you via text throughout your stay to any provide assistance you need. We were driving home from the park and all the kids tired and hungry. so I sent a text for the address and number of the nearest pizza place. Within seconds she texted me the info and we were able to call ahead the order and it was ready and waiting by the time we got there. Great customer service!
