the check in process was easy the staff were very polite and helpful i cannot fault them on there service the room was great the bathroom needs a bit of work done to it the silicone around the spa has all come off and needs to be done and there was one cracked tile which needs to be replaced
the room had an amazing view of the city
the room was clean. the bed was comfy. staff was friendly and helpful. The bread at breakfast was stale and there wasn’t much variety. otherwise an overall pleasant experience.
bathroom need some repairs but everything else was good.
the stay was fantastic so close to all amenities, rail, ferry and dining
