when we checked in we had booked a supreme ocean view balcony room however on arrival our booking had messed up in there system which I read happens often ! however the manager gave us another room that had 2 queen beds and a ocean view with balcony ! we also received a cheese platter and a bottle of wine to our room which was delicious . the staff were friendly helpful and the hotel is beautiful we will be going back as soon as possible !

From the time we checked-in to the time we checked-out we had a wonderful time as it is close to all the attractions Wollongong has to offer. We were greeted with exceptional service and friendly staff when we arrived and they made our stay very enjoyable and hassle free even when we forgot our keys in the room and had to arrange a late checkout due to an event we had in the morning. We will definitely be back and we will try to be back more often.
