Very poor room. the aircondition was not working and therfore had to sleep in the freezing cold on a thin blanket. receptionist has bad attitude. room keys were not working in the entire hotel and had to be escorted by security to open rooms. Room was changed but still poor service
Hotel generally was very good but was disappointed that I had to pay to park at the hotel even though I was a guest there. Have not experienced this at a hotel before.
