Excellent Hotel! Will be returning. Location is great as a 5 minute walk to either the old town or new town. Easy walk to the port and very accesible for tours. Food was a good standard. I'd give the restaurant a go. Facilities were above average but what is expected for a 5 star establishment. Most staff speak good english. Cleaniliness was more than an acceptable standard. We stayed in a deluxe room and loved it. The service was fairly reasonable. We had some minor issues which were resolved quickly by the General Manager. She does a great job in keeping this hotel running really well.
