The service was excellent with all staff being very friendly and helpful (including telling me about free weekend parking on St Kilda Road rather than $30 for parking at the hotel). I was really looking forward to staying at the Royce hotel. Unfortunately the room I was in was next door to a room with a known problem of the fire alarm sounding because of the shower steam.
