well, at 4pm my room's not yet cleaned despite me going out of the room at about 11 and informing the housekeeping to clean the room. ordered room service the food came not complete. asked for a dvd player and waited for 45 minutes, they keep saying its on the way to the room but its not. the guy who made pancake at breakfast is always in a badmood. for 2 days his face is just like that. i mean, its rasa sayang. i dont remember this hotel to be this bad in terms of service. extremely dissapointed. with that kind of room rate you service should be tip top not like this
