This is not a 5star hotel, the hotel itself is not on the beach, it has two parts on on one side off the road by the beach but the main part off the hotel is on the opposite side of the road. we were told our room was on the 1st floor which was fine but it was not it was in the basement the room was dark during the day it was like a dungeon so awful especially when you are away on holiday trying to get some beautiful sunlight. Check in : No information was given to us at all, we had to make our own way to our room, it was like a maze, we had to ask cleaners along the way how to find the room. it was a long long walk having to get two different lifts to final get to the dungeon. the basement floor was so hot during walking to your room when you get to the room you can’t even get fresh air from a window or balcony absolutely horrible the air on had both mine and my parters sinuses flared up in the room our skin was very dry after it. Two beds pushed together with two duvets. The bathroom and shower share the same sliding door but they don’t close on either side. so when having a shower the water gets out onto the main bathroom floor. No towel provided for the bathroom floor for when you come out off the shower or bath. We were meant to stay for 4 nights but checking out early after two nights horrible experience.
