i arrived, the gentleman was ok. the bathtub was rusty. great hot showers. when I checked out, left the key at the counter, I wanted to ask a question. i saw a young man working at the (standing part) of reception. I stood at the reception desk and said “can I ask you a question”. he looked sideways to the right where I stood and said in an arrogant way...” you may ask me here. as he pointed out in front of him. As if I was one of his workers or something. it was like 50 cm... Seriously.. he did not want to take the energy to just turn 45 degrees. I had to walk around to purge in front of him to ask HIM a question. as if he was some kind of lord. i walked around and asked about the airport shuttle..also the tone of his voice was so deneaming..
