The room was so small that it was quite difficult to open my large size luggage on the floor. The bed was comfy, the bed mattress was in good condition and the room was clean since it's a new hotel. The location is excellent, just 3~4 min walk to Ion Orchard.
I like this hotel It.s very comfortable and has a good location BUt to my mind the price could be not so high And the hotel will become not only nice but perfect))))
The hotel is very centrally located off Orchard road and walking distance to everything. Check in/out was quick and convenient as both were self service. The room was small but quite comfortable and very stylish. Bed was an automatic adjustable bed and very comfortable. Nice and clean. I would definitely stay the again. Highly recommended.
The location is good, the conditions and cleanliness are acceptable. The services has ample room for improvement. It requested for self services in check in and everything but the equipment and facilities are not quite fit. Hiccups happen time after time but attendance was not found. The gimmick of 'cyber', 'digitisation' do not turn to actual services. The room is far too small to house 2 persons. A chair or even a stool cannot be squeezed in. The luggage rack provided must remain folded due to constraint in space and cannot be used.
love this place so much; it’s very memorable as in it is the experience itself in Singapore.
