Set on Moreton Bay, Redcliffe is known for its beautiful beaches, laid-back cafes and the famous Sunday markets. Music lovers shouldn’t miss Bee Gees Way, an open-air art installation honouring the iconic Australian group. Kids can make a splash in crystalline Settlement Cove Lagoon.

The closest stretch of sand to the CBD is Nudgee Beach, which is fringed by lush wetlands. Lay down your towel on the golden sand, cool off in the water or enjoy a picnic on the shoreline. Further north, postcard-perfect Margate Beach is lined with towering Norfolk pines.

One of the largest sand islands in the world, Moreton Island enchants visitors with its pristine beaches, turquoise lagoons and lush coastal forests.
