Cafes, bars and restaurants overlook the plaza and serve Polish favourites like “pierogi” dumplings topped with fried onions and sour cream. Getting around Łańcut

Lancut is pedestrian-friendly and easy to get around on foot. The town is in Subcarpathia Province, a two-hour drive from Krakow and Lublin. Trains run between Krakow and Lancut in 1.5 hours. Lancut Train Station is a 25-minute drive from the town centre or five minutes by taxi. John Paul II Kraków-Balice International Airport is a two-hour drive away.
