Manny time I stay golden sands..now with family to stay..we already online booking request to please early check-in ..but reception staff not saying sir please wait lobby .very pain full time for me waiting over 1 hours with .wife.childrens..i am disappointed about golden sands front office staff behaviour...as a regular customer I am surprised ..
