overall reasonable, but would like more stuff provided, such as slippers, shaver, etc. The cup for toothbrush looks quite dirty though.
One of the worse hotel experiences. issues from check-in to check-out. Staff were unhelpful and rude. Room was unclean, with poo stains in the bathroom. No where near 5 star standards.
the staff were excellent. we booked to a club room and were upgrade to suit, the views over the harbour are quite stunning. the restaurant staff were very attentive at all time and the food was well prepared. overall it was a good experience.
The view is awesome!
very nice stay. the staff upgrade me for free and let me enjoy 270 degree sea view. I order room dining, the food is good. no complain, will definitely come back if got a chance.
