i stayed several time in Gloria , good hotel , kids club was superb with friendly Philippino lady, nice swimming pool, with sauna, jacuzzi and steam , good buffet with reasonable price on sky top floor , room dining was a little expensive but over all very good experience staying in this hotel .

whenever I go to Dubai my choice is this Gloria hotel, but next time for sure I will not stay the same, reason I went with family, I book one room and I am member of entertainer application where I get one night free stay , staff the refused me with that, my plan to stay two nights after 5hrs drive from muscat but I short cut it to one night , bcoz staff was helpless , they didn't help me on that they give me thousand reason to Avoid me to get the free night , they did it with my friend too , I came to know after I back home last night ,
