Conclusion Room rates is value for money However the location is quite not convenient as it has to take mini bus to & from hotel / MTR station. Front desk team is so friendly with courtesy even though they are extremely busy (guess shortage of headcount）

staff room, 7 eleven doesnt constitute proper food, rooms filthy, cobwebs everywhere and they werent interested in assisting us at all, only focussed on the bus loads of asian tourist that were coming in
