Check in was fast and simple. The staff are exceptionally courteous, proficient and accomodating. The hotel is clean and has rooms bigger than other hotels. The hotel is near to 4 different line tram stations making travel around Tokyo exceptionally helpful. All stations are in simple walking distance of the hotel. The Peking chinese restaurant within the hotel is great. The nourishment is extraordinary and the staff exceptionally inviting. The Zojoji Temple is around the corner. Overall it was a good location, clean, and the staff was very helpful with information.

A very good and affordable choice in Tokyo. It is Minato near the metro station. The region is one of the best. There are a lot of nice and fancy restaurants for every taste in Ginza about 15 minutes walking. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was nice,although it could be better. The room is standard. Nothing special and in fact a little disappointed when we saw it but it's very clean. The only thing is that they need a renovation. we will definitely come back because of the location the staff and because it's a great value for money in this region.

We stayed in the annex portion of the hotel for two nights in a quad room. The room was very spacious and seemed like it had been recently updated. The bathroom was large and well appointed. I loved the complimentary toothbrush, razor, combs, and other stuff they give you daily. The location a good and there was a 7-11 and a Family Mart on either side. They all spoke English and were very helpful. It was about a 5-10 minutes walk from the train station, but we were able to find it pretty quickly with Google Maps. When we come back to Japan, we will definitely stay here again!

Shiba Park Hotel was near the Tokyo Tower. The main hotel lobby was luxurious. The hallways of the hotel and our room was beautiful. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke great English compared to other hotels we visited. The concierge also offered to teach us the 'tricky' remote control, due to the English/Japanese options. Although we didn't care to watch TV and didn't ask for help with the remote, it was a very nice gesture. I recommend this hotel for both families, as well as business travelers.
